Salvage World salvageworld.net Salvage world is using my money to grow up their business, they wont refund me. Internet

in November 2012 i opened an account on salvageworld.net to buy a car. To be able to bid on a car is required a 10% or 500$ deposit, that is 100% refundable. i authorized a deposit for 500$ only ,they charged my account three times for 500$ the same time total of 1500$. I bid on a car, i was the higher bidder, after that i received a phone call and they told me i have to increase my offer to be able to by that car and i said ok... After that another call to increase and i didnt increase because was too much money. After that i bid on other car and they do the same process. I was not satisfied to that kind of business and wanted to take my refund back  and to clouse the account. They have terms of use and to be able to receive my full refund i had to wait 60 days. After 60 days i request my refund and i received confirmation email in February 2013: refund request accepted! Refund takes 5 days to show up in your account...  I waited 2 weeks and didnt receive the refund, after that i call and they said Ill have the refund on next Friday and next Friday wasnt there call again and the same excuse, other excuse is they are new in business and they have more cars and telling me all kind of lie and Ill have the refund on next Friday. Next Friday no refund, i keep calling and the same lie and they put me on hold and music and told me i am a bad costumer and they dont want to work with me. They have my money for almost 4 months and truing to grow up their business with peoples money that is illegal .

Do not do business with salvage world, do not deposit any money theyll not refund you, they are scammers, and they violate the consumer rights and terms of use, theyll use your money to grow up their business.
