salvageworld, 800-232-5038 RIPPED OFF, NO LEGAL RESPONSE TO LAWSUIT, NO REFUND FOR ME 401Fort Lauderdale Florida

I deposited $1000.00 for an Infiniti Q37 (which I did not win) in 03/2013, Every month, I call and speak with someone and always it is the same answer, your refund is being processd and will be delivered via pay pal.  I was given email address for both the refund department and the legal department.  I email them regularlly but i have yet to get an answer. I log onto the account and the funds are still there.  The normally policy in most states, is if something is in active in an account for over year, it goes to Treasury, this company just refuses to do anything but lie.  I contacted my attorney, and a lawsuit was filed on my behalf and as of yet no answer from their so called legal department.  All i want is my money, this is crazy.
