Salvatore Orsillo Slumlord Bridgewater, New Jersey

I rented a property from Salvatore at 93 washington place Somerville, nj. Upon moving into the home I had paid Salvatore a month and half security deposit upon his request. The home was barley inhabitable due to filth, toilet not working and faulty lights and electrical outlets. The walls also had holes and the bathroom was filled with mold and mildew. The stairs to the entrance of the residence were also rotted and unsafe. Salvatore refused to make repairs even though it was a danger to my 2 year old son who fell down the stairs and i eventually ended up falling thew with my son in my hands. After vacating the property after two years of hell Salvatore refused to return my security deposit. I was warned from many people that he was a slumlord but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Turns out the man is a scumbag and ripoff artist. Strongly suggest avoid renting or doing business with this man at any cost.
