Sam Streeter, PLLC Cashed in on charged account, now harassing me for it, ripoff Houston Texas

I received another letter form Streeter today, demanding that I pay them the amount of $1,921.77, for an account that was about $600.00, when I was charged off.

They state in this letter, showing the original creditor and the creditors account number. Then they show their account number.

Do I need to send them a certified letter, requesting the see where I signed an agreement with them on this and requesting to see where I made payments to them.

They also, state that I can call them (not) to make payment arrangements.

These people are really desperate. They couldn't get me on account that they purchased from someone else, went to court,they didn't show up, and it was thrown out of court. and The judge declared it was dismissed due to want of prosecution.

Now, they are trying in on another bill that thye have purchased, got any ideals was towhat I should do?

Your help would be greatly appreciated. Also, how can I stop them from calling my home after 8:00 pm in the evenings.?
