Dennis Setzer stole Samaritan Roofing. He filed a fraudulent withdrawal of assumed name to remove me, his 50/50 partner, and filed a new dba for Samaritan Roofing. He drives around with my phone number on his truck. Susan Ryder, branch manager at Conover Wells Fargo gave him the withdrawal of assumed name form, filled it out, and notorized it, fraudulently. She told me she thought Dennis was going to have me sign it. He closed out account, and opened his new Samaritan Roofing account, and the bank wouldn't let me use the name Samaritan Roofing! He gave her the BOGUS withdrawal form...

AUTHOR: Dennis Setzer - (USA)

John Winters is a liar. This is just not true. He had no vehicle or rent when i took my money and started samaritan roofing. I have got you 2 jobs by with different companys to help you. Then to top it off you quit both. Roofing was not your idea, the company was not your idea, i even got you a job with Kemp Roofing so you could learn it, which you were fired from for being a shady character.

Susan Ryder , of wells fargo sent the same letters I got to you , that the account was opened wrong and had to be closed. I offered to let us both go by samaritan roofing, but I finally saw what you were about. Any body who wants to hear the truth about this I am sure they can call Susan at wells fargo , conover branch and find out the truth about this.

Also since I have been made aware of this a report will be filed with the BBB and action will be taken on the property and moneys that you have stolen from me. Dennis Setzer

And the bank told you just like me the account had to be closed because it was opened wrong. I closed it  with less than 2 dollars in it, you however ran to the building supply company and closed it with about 500 dollars in it and kept all money, took all not paid balances ,collected , and kept all money, at least 1000 that I know of, took all print that i paid for, and then filed a copywright on samaritan after it had been open for a year.

NOW: YOU STOLE SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT YOURS TO START WITH
