Placed an order 12/5/14 and money was taken off my credit card the next day. On 12/22/14 received an email stating that order had been shipped gave me a tracking number and said that the package should arrive in 3 to 4 days. Well now it is 1/20/15 and still no order and no refund, tried to use the tracking number and it showed tracking number not found.
