SammyDress scam. Never sends item and will not refund money. China Internet

I live in the U.S. and I ordered a dress from SammyDress through their website.  Their website says items will ship in 2 to 4 days.  After a week and my item still had not shipped, I contacted them through their support center.  After two days I received a reply that the item was not available and I could cancel the order for a store credit or exchange the item for an equally priced item.  They refused to refund my money.

I have contacted them that this is unacceptable.  I paid for the item and since they cannot fill the order with the item I purchased then they should refund me my money.  This company is a complete ripoff.  There are many complaints all over the internet about this company and their shady business dealings as well as other clothing companies selling from China.  I should have investigated before placing my order.  They have very low prices and that should have been a hint that if it seems too good to be true, it always is.

Luckily, I ordered and paid through PayPal and I have started a dispute claim through PayPal so I should have no trouble getting my money back but it will take time for that to happen.

I wanted to let others know about the scam and shady business from this company.  Their business dealings are not up to U.S. standards by any stretch of the imagination.

Be warned, do not order from this company or any clothing company selling from China, they are a complete ripoff!
