1.) I moved to Traverse City Michigan from Chicago in 2003.

2.) Shopped at the Sam's Club in Traverse City Michigan for over 10 years.

3.) I actually started out at Sam's Club for employment when I first moved her in 2003.

4.) Due to their unhealthy mannerism then. I quit. Although remained friends with many employees including Managers. I have had disagreements with some employees and managers throughout the years. Although it is to be expected when I know policy to be one thing and they tried to do something else. 

5.) Due to myself remaining very ill throughout the years. Not knowing what all was wrong with me. I went into self employment to better suit my needs.  I am a  home healthcare provider for  private individuals. That may be handicapped or elderly. This means I shop for more than one household. But several. So I may have more needs with Sam's Club Customer Service than the average person. Being that this is my job.

6.) I have been diagnosed with ****** / ******/ ********/ *********/ ******* *** ***** from a ********* accident. ******* ****** ****** and **** from the accident I had in 1995. I had two severe surgeries in May of 2013. I have just been confirmed and diagnosed with ****** from an **** ********specialist in October of 2013. While shopping at Sam's after my surgery. They were very accomdating. I was suprised. Due to myself being very weak. So weak I had to be assisted by other's that helped me while I road around in a motorized chair. 

7.) I have had arguments with Management over the years due to their policies and my returns. The first return I had a problem with was a computer and a Manager Named *****. At this time their was another person with her at the service desk by the name of *******. ******** has been there for years along with *****. Although at this time. ***** tried to argue the return with the stores policy directly behind me. ***** and I never got along after that! She actually made a comment to me to purchase a computer else ware and made me feel like a jerk. At this time. ********. The other Customer Service Rep standing there with her squatted on the floor. I asked *******, "what are you doing?" ******** stated," I am ducking in case things go flying." Or people go flying over the counter. I told ******** that is extremely childish and would never happen" I pulled out my phone and called the Supervisor that I spoke to before returning the computer. Prior to coming in to the store with it. Regional Manager ***** **** 555-555-5555. He okay'd the return and ***** (One of the store managers) was not going to make it easy for me. She eventually stopped arguing once I called -**** *****

 8.) I have had arguments with many managers because they didn't like the fact that I returned merchandise at all! One Winter we bought a snow blower while my *** lived in my home with his ******. I was so frustrated trying to get them to use it! I just hired a snowplow guy. My *** was in college and so was **********. Trying to get them to do anything was almost impossible. I did call and Okay the return once again. Sam's Club management didnt' like it! This was 2008-2009. One of my clients can not use it due to his handicap. I surely can not use this snow blower due to my injuries and illness. Although Sam's Club Employee's would make remarks about the return. Not knowing why it was returned. The click that is Sam's Club and the unhealthy way they treat individuals (especially those that are handicapped) is one to be desired!

 9.) I had other returns. I know I returned at least 2 lawn mowers. Again. My *** couldn't find the time. So I would return them and hire out. I have a handicapped individual living with me and I couldn't use it with my handicapes. Although Sam's Club again made rude remarks and loved to spreed the gossip. Not knowing the reason behind the return. The click there struck again with the rumors around the store!

 10.) Then there was a case of a pool I bought that leaned to one side due to the seam being crooked. We didn't find this out until we put it up. Again. Being handicapped. I had to wait for help to take it down and get assistance returning it. Again the rumors circulated!

  11.) All returns were legitimate. Then I returned some Christmas lights due to buying too many. As I walked in to the store. They have a young man that sits there as a greater and he has been there for years. He is got some sort of handicap him self. 

I walk in to the store and he makes a comment to me "that I was returning used merchandise he had heard." I am "not happy" as I walk back to the office where at least 4-5 Managers sat. 

The door was open "so I ask a Manager if I may come in and speak to him." He said "yes." I told him I was tired of being treated poorly in this store. This took place in 2011. I told him that the young man had told me what they were saying as all the managers sat there.

 I told the Manager that this gossip has to stop! I am not doing anything illegal. In fact following store policy. The Manager started yelling at me that I was returning used merchandise!

 I asked he have someone bring the merchandise back to the office. As the merchandise was brought back and all the managers took a look. The boxes I returned were still taped shut! No one said anything! Not even an apology. I said as I walked out of the office. I want the gossip to stop! And prayed that was the end of that!

 12.) I actually went out of my way now with returning merchandise. I returned ink cartrages that weren't working. I went to Walgreen's to find out why and they ran a test to check them. Mind you. I just bought them. I had them give me the stripe that shows the ink is in them. Although they weren't  producing the ink for some reason. My printer. In which I bought at Sam's Club. Kept telling me that the cartriges were empty! NOT MY FAULT!

 13.) I return a vacuum and exchange it for the same one. The exchange started giving me problems so I return that one. I was taken by a Manager as she puts her arm around me and says, "*****. I like you. But you need to buy good merchandise that will last! Why don't you buy and Oreck. I just nodded my head yes. Called Corporate and told them what she had to say. It turns out. She is a friend of ******** from Customer Service.

 14.) ******** is a roller durby girl. She likes to fight and has told me about many of her experiences in the rink. Sometimes she acts like a gang member and tells me about people that she messed up. Her words. ******** ignored me for a little while although that passed.14.) ********* is a roller durby girl. It is totally out of charater for me! Although. Many know that she goes around saying this. This isnt' the first time she has made this statement and I am sure not the last!!

  15.) I like to shop discounts as much as possible. Who doesn't. I found a pot and pan set on clearance. The check out lady is going on and on about what a great price I got. I think I got $50.00 off a $150.00 dollar set. I get home and the biggest pot of the set is missing. I call the store up and I am told tuff s**t! I call the corporate office about the situation. I am told to come back to the store with the merchandise and they will make it up to me. I return with a handicapped individual that was there with me when I first purchased it. I am told to go to the office. This manager that I never seen before. Starts screaming in my ear because I read the stores label wrong that was on the box. My ear is ringing. I asked for him to stop screaming in my ear! He told me to leave his store! He said that's it! He escorted the handicapped women and myself out of the store. Just to humiliate me. I told the corporate office I will not be bullied and told them everything after I called the police this time! I felt it was a personal attack on me for him to get so close and scream directly in my ear. The police did nothing. It was an attack on me! The handicapped women couldn't believe it either when the police came to my house and told me there was nothing I could do.

 16.) Fall 2013. I was told to go up to Customer Service after trying to check out. Due to Sam's Club messing up my and my partners credit card account. Sam's Club calls this floating. They can't check you out so they print out a slip and send you up to Customer service. I saw a women standing near with her daughter. Although she must have been 3-4 ft away from the counter. She was just standing there speaking to her daughter. My observation was that she just left the counter and was leaving the store.

17.) I rush up to the counter to try and check out because I already went through the line and this isn't the first time this is happened. Sam's Club just can't get our accounts right.

 Trying to hand the clerk the ticket. She looks at me and yells, *****. I HAVE A CUSTOMER. " If these people that worked there didnt' know me from coming in so often. They don't have the right to yell at me no matter what! I call ******** by ****** and *** (who was with me) and told ******** (being that she is now a manager)  I am not taking that from anyone! I told ******** that she had no right to yell! ***, myself, ******** and the clerk were the only ones there. In fact. ******** wasn't even there until I called her to come over. To report what the Customer Service Clerk had done. That this should have never taken place and I felt voilated yet once again from a store employee!

 18.) If you were to look at all the times of all my visits in this store. I am hugging at least half the people in the store or they are coming up to me hugging me. I am not a violent person. But in fact the opposite. I have had health issues and recently have had several surgeries! Due to them. I have been very weak and I had just been diagnosed with a very rare disease! That makes me weak!

19.) A month later. Fall of 2013. I am at the clearance section of the store by myself. ********* and a Manager. I think it was ******. Come rushing up to me calling my name as my back was turned to them. I turned around and saw a male clerk looking in disbelief as they rushed me and started yelling at me! I am in shock and I am telling the Manager hold on" hold on" as he is screaming! He's yelling to me. "Did you threaten a Customer Service Clerk? I was in disbelief as this went on!

Did you threaten an employee you threaten my employee!!! Did you threaten ****" (I can't remember her name.) I heard you threatened that you are going to pull her over the counter." I gasped for air and looked at the stock boy. Like asking him to help me!! I felt rushed and attacked. I told the Manager, "what is this? High school? I never did any such thing." I told him. I told ********* if it were anyone else. That the customer service rep wouldn't have treated me that way" ******** tells him. I said, "If it were anyone else they would have got their a*s kicked and pulled over the counter" I told the Manager that I am ** years old. That I am sick and I have no time for Highschool Drama let alone having ********* make things up!! That in NO WAY did I ever do such a thing!! That I called ******** over to me and my client when she had started yelling at me!! Once the Customer Service Rep started doing this. We walked away from her looking for a manager and ********* was the first person we saw. Called her over and told her what had happened!! We didn't even finish up with this individual because I refused to be treated like that!! Why would I threathen this person and then call management over? How rediculous!! Now mind you. This wasn't even brought up until a whole month later!! I told the manager. If I did such a thing. Then you should have called the police!! I would have if I were threatened!! Although Sam's Club Management has had tiffs with me and they didn't like the fact that I used their policy! They didnt' like it when I called corporate when I was treated badly! They were going to do what ever it took to revoke my membership! EVEN LIE!!

What a joke. I am very ill. I have even had to ask for assistance after my 2 surgeries because they took there toll on me. I walk in with a handicapped man and I told this Manager. For ****** ****. I am ** years old! This is ridiculous! I told him in front of ********. That is totally not me. I am always hugging people in here! That is what *********says!"She has made that comment many times!! There are people that work there that know this. There was a stock person there that saw this and I pray someone finds him!! I was terrified!!

If you remember in the beginning of the whole story. ******** made that statement from the first day I came here and had the experience with the Manager ******. When ******** ducked and made the statement then.

20.) The last straw. I am having a bad day. To the point I am exhausted and ready to cry. Due to the fact that I am very ill. I have a ****** that did bad things to me. My ****** is dying and my *******just left for back home to ****** to take care of ***. ***. My client and my **** ****** with ****** ***** I take care of hands me and envelope to give to the tire department. He has a ********and doesn't want to get out of the other car. So I drop *** car in the back where I am suppose to and hand the gentlemen the letter with ***** Sam's Club Card / Credit Card. As I am walking into the store. I receive the call from the ****** on my cell phone I was waiting for all day. I am not a child but a grown women that isn't speaking to her friends on the phone. It is a call that was necessary to take for reasons they don't need to know!!

The Customer Service Rep in the Tire department starts fighting with me to get off my phone. I told him. Sir. I am just dropping this off for a ******. He is handicapped and outside. I don't know anything more and I have to take this call. He started to yell louder. As if he was prepared from other Managers with vendetta's on how to treat me and speak to me!

He is screaming at me to get off my phone! I walk away from the counter apologizing and telling him I have to take the call. I will be right back. He starts yelling at me. "What do you think, you own this place" you are too good! And more I can't remember.

My ****** asks me where I am at. I told ***. Sam's Club. She says, and they talk to you that way. I told her I am not worried about him. To please talk to me about what I had been waiting for all day. I told *** ot to worry. I will step out of line so we may speak. *** (my doctor) was very concerned for my well fair. I am just about ready to break down and cry and I wave to the Customer Service to where *****(the manager that hates me and the girl who made the story up that I attacked her verbally) are standing. The tears just start coming out of me and I can't stop. I am asking them to please help me. I didn't want to take the guys abuse anymore!

Another individual from the back of the tire department. He takes the envelope from me. I turn around and the other man is still yelling at me asking me if I own the place. I turned around and told him that was a doctor I had been waiting on all day. My ******** dying and just started to break down and cry. I called him and animal! Sam's Club is telling me I miss treated him too! What a joke! I just couldn't take the abuse anymore and called it as I saw it! Only animals act that way! I am told that I was mistreating Sam's Club Employee's! I have a doctor that was on the phone with me that witnessed this man abusing me!!

21.) Last dance. I walk in with *** end of November beginning of December 2013.

 I am at the customer service desk with *** when I am approached by the store manager ******. He asks when I get done there. Can I please come to the office. I said you can talk to me here. He says just please come to the office. He told me that I have mistreated personal there and he was taking back my membership. He wanted me to sign a paper and I told him no way!! I told him that is a lie and you know it! He along with ***** escort *** and I out of the store after I refused to sign a document he wanted me to sign. ***** was waiting for this day!! She hated me from the first day I entered the place because I refused to take her yelling and screaming at me from the beginning!! Telling me to shop for a computer else ware!!

 I then leave the store and immediately call up Sam's Club and report this! I am crying and upset about what they have done. I told *****, and ***** **** that I have recordings from my cell phone about what took place. To please listen to them. I spoke to ***** **** telling him I can prove what happened to please listen. ***** **** tells me that he is in the business of making money not losing money! So that is the real reason behind all if this!

 ****** **** knows that they have attacked me for years and has done nothing! I am following Sam's Club rules accordingly. I have not broken any laws. Sams is making me pay more for merchandise now! I am also sent a certified letter from their corporate office that I am not to go in any Sam's Club Store in the state of Michigan or I will be arrested! This is a nightmare! This is what I do for a living!

Sam's Club has impaired me from shopping for the things my clients want and need. I have paid out a lot more for things!! What they have done is bully me for years and they fraudulantly made this up that I was treating their employees badly!! I knew things were going to happen. This is why every time I entered the store. I had to turn on my *** *****. I gathered evidence that proves otherwise! I am sick of being bullied!!

How can Sam's Club do this? They returned my membership fee they excepted. I never threatened anyone. In fact have proof that they were the ones that bullied me! I am sick of it and I didn't break any laws. How can they do this? 

We both have a credit card with them and can't even go inside this place to pay on it! Can't even get my expense list for my taxes. I have clients that need things from there! Please contact my ad and let me know if you can help!

First of all. All the property I returned was new. The computer. That had a white large dot in the middle of the screen. 

A vacuum that the cord would rip out within 3 months time again and again. And then being told that their merchandise wasn't up to par on a certain brand. 

The pool inwhich once filled was defective.

I just don't have one family I am shopping for!

It is my right as a consumer to return. I have purchased quiet a bit from this place. 

Why do I NEED to shop there. Just like everyone else. Savings. 

This is their policy. Not mine!

You really need something else to do! If you never had a problem with Sam's 

then why are you reading complaints that don't have anything to do with you. 

You read them to just get on here and blow your ANGER off!!! 

Did you ever hear of anger management? 

Acuse me of being a facebook *** well. That just goes to show how you judge people

and know nothing about them!! 

YOU ARE REALLY WASTING YOUR TIME. How many of these do you reply to each day?

WOW! You must be bored in your own life!! AS FOR BEING BULLIED! I won't do it with them!

 Heres the rub. YOU call them and ask if you can do a return. The person on the other end is assuming that YOU are going to follow the return policy. However when you get into the store, the condition of the item is not within company policies, they tell you NO, and by your own words you blow up at them. Im betting its the "I drove all the way here so your GOING to give me MY money back" with the "I dont care what condition it is in Im returning it and YOU WILL give me MY money" attitude that ALL consumers have.

You STILL play the victim even after your own novella betrays you. By your own words typed by YOUR OWN HANDS you state that you made it your lifes work to mess with the employees. This shows its YOU that has the problem. Maybe you have been out of the workforce for so long or maybe its just YOUR brand of crazy, either way YOU ARE DELUSIONAL!!! YOU and YOUR ISSUES are forgotten by the time the next shift the employee has to work. They dont get paid enough money to hold a grudge against you. They have MUCH MORE IMPORTANT ISSUES to deal with on a daily basis. YOU are just not that important to the employees.

Each and every person who rebuts here is a CONSUMER just like yourself. You show the depth of your delusions when you assume that ANYONE posting against you is an employee of the company YOU have a issue with. If you dont like what WE have to say as a community of posters, TOO BAD!!!! Just as you have the right to spew YOUR crazy all over the web, so do we. It amazes me that THIS MANY INDIVIDUALS are all seeing the SAME THING!!! Why can you not accept the fact that the issue IS YOU??? A store full of employees says YOURE WRONG. You spew your tale online and those that read it SEE THE SAME THING THE EMPLOYEES DO. SO if ALL THESE PEOPLE can see it, why cant you. Like I said delusional.

You need to take some time and do some self reflection. YOU ARE NOT PERFECT!! No one is. Given that FACT, why can you not sit back and examine YOUR behaviour like you do with EVERYONE else? I can tell you why. Psychology can tell you why. Its a simple fact that you dont want to see what you look like to others. So instead of self examination and addressing the issue, you in turn attack ANYONE that might have a chance at forcing you to view yourself. Its classic transferance. Instead of being critical of yourself, you take the easier approach and are HYPERCRITICAL of others. This means that EVERYONE is the "bad guy" and you are the perfect little victim. I know its hard sometimes to look at yourself and examine your behaviour but you need to do so. And you need to do it soon. Because one day you will run into that "bad guy" and when you treat them the way you treat everyone else, they are going to snap on you. THEN you will be the victim.

If you have EVER had to work in ANY customer service industry or retail position, as you have, then one would think you would have some empathy for what you are putting the employees through. But since you DO have that background, your behaviour is totally unexcusable. Once again the double standard in which you live YOUR life. Maybe you need more then just help, I dont know. I as well as EVERY poster here have all seen the same thing. Maybe its time for YOU to be hypercritical of YOU.

 I have a hard time believing your embellished story as I have a hard time with you being a caregiver to any individual considering your ranting about your medical problems! You abused the system therefore you are subject to THEIR policies and procedures!  And I can only assume that the Corporate Office was pretty much fed up with your crap and instructed Management to take care of the problem ie: YOU!

Stop playing the victim because you seem to do that well. AND I have a real hard time with the "employees love me and hug me" everytime you go in which seems to be everyday! I suspect the only person(s) that were abused and bullied were the store employees themselves.  Get off your "I am high and mighty" throne and learn to be a normal, functioning member of society because I doubt with your attitude there is not a single facility that wants to deal with you on a daily basis.  I could even begin to know how your poor therapist can deal with your egocentrism! Because you (acording to your report) seem to think you have the right to bully even though you call these individuals the same thing. 

Grow up and get a real life! Stop blaming others for your own actions.  And I do not nor am anyway affiliated with Sams, Walmart or any facility in your town.  BUT I do feel for the indiviudals who have to put up with your ego on a daily basis.

Do you work for Sam's? I think you must. If you read what I put down there. I never did anything any of the three of you are coming back with. Policy's are put there for a reason. You speak as if you think you know me personally. You don't. 

The way you come back with the responses. It pertains to nothing I have written. Although I actually feel like I am back in the store being abused with your responses! 

Store Policy's are put into place for a reason!! Now. I don't have a temper what so ever. I am in shock and disbelif often when I hear what comes out of others. 

I have been nothing but truthful all my life trying to figure out others venom! Such as yours. Not once in any of what I wrote did I ever attack anyone! Although was attacked many times. If anyone cares to look at security tapes. They are more than welcome. I encourage it!!

We are speaking about a 10+ year period. I have shopped for many. Not just my household!! Everything that was returned over the decade. Was either damaged or for what ever reason. Was under their policy. All Sam's Club was to ever do was say NO!! 

They were the ones with the control of what was taken back or not. Again. No laws were broken. This is what is upsetting. The word No. Or that is not our policy could have been used at any time. The store kept me informed of policy's that were informed. In fact. Their Customer Service were the one's telling me what policy was and wasn't. 

I was simply following their rules and I should be what????? They (Sam's Club) were the one's that took charge and allowed it. I simply called and actually asked about merchandise before returning them many times. Sam's Club told me It was fine. 

Sam's Club were the one's that allowed me to return. Then become hostile when I did what they told me I could do. The last year was a nightmare. I saw the change in their attitudes toward me. Not once was I informed that this was against their policy. So it's my fault? 

Of course. If I can return something that they say I can if I am having a problem with it or can't use it for some reason. I am going to return it. This is why I shopped this store due to their policy they pride themselves on!!

That they advertise. Again. I was kind to all. Even the Management with attitude. They chosen to become Managers and get mad when I (a consumer) does something according to their rules and regulations? I am the bad guy? 

The venom I see on here is one that I should have expected. Because these people responding must be employee's, related, or just have nothing else to do!! Because all I said in the story I put on here. Said nothing about alot of what you responded to . Where you are getting you know who I am or what actually took place. 

Is beyond me. Venom and attacking. The responses on here is as if you actually know me. Sam's Club, although I shopped there over a decade. Didn't know me. Although they treated me cruelly and attacked me like I was their enemy. 

I have/had relationships with half of the Management that I can tell you were professional and kind. I am not saying the whole store is bad. It wasn't. Just several that got out of hand with me. I am not going to take their abuse. I am not the only one that feels this way. I have had many that have told me about things they have done. 

Again. No is a word they could have used at any time. They allowed it and then turned around to bit me. I didn't think anything of it. Anger? No. Frustration. Yes!! I can't read anyone's mind. It would have been better dealt with if it was talked about or resolved in another manner than to abuse me the way they did!!

So go ahead and beat me down. Your venomise responses won't discourage me of speaking about how badly things were handled and how they abused me!!

You know I really tried to read your novel, and this is what I got. You are a "Chronic Returner" and intentionally try to instigate confrontations.

But what I really don't get is that if this place was so bad..why did you not only keep going back but are now upset when they cancelled your membership.  Based on how you wrote this report any normal person would think you would be estatic you never have to deal with these people again.

Oh and one final thing...they are a business and Private Property, as a result they have the right to say who and who they don't want to be a customer...and apparently you fall into the later category.

 In accordance with YOUR states shopkeep law, ANY RETAIL BUSINESS has the right to refuse service for ANY reason. As the previous comments suggests you are a serial returner. Just because in ONE instance you brought back the product in like new doesnt negate ALL the other times you have used and abused a item to the point of breaking it and THEN demanding a FULL refund. Its awful telling that when a employee sees YOU they try to hide. This means YOU ARE THE ABUSER!! No one ever gets paid enough to put up with abuse from customers. You use old information and old contacts in order to BULLY them into doing what you want.

I applaud Sams Club!! About time you were taken down a peg or five. Customers like yourself truly are villianous. You live in a double standard world. YOU are allowed in your mind to abuse ANYONE you see fit. Be it because they disagreed with you or your handicap. When the person or group of persons have had enough of YOUR abuse and they fight back, THEY are the bad guys and POOR INNOCENT YOU is the victim. All of started by YOUR poor attitude and running your mouth.

You even state in your own words that YOU instigated situations in order to get your way. You instigated confrontations. You have even been VIOLENT. Just because you are handicapped is no LEGAL reason for you to do ANY of these acts. You even state in your own words that you ACTIVELY went after employees at that location. So why is it a surprise to YOU when YOU are held accountable for those actions.

Maybe this one thing is all its going to take for YOU to get ahold of YOUR behaviour. Its OBVIOUS to anyone who reads your post that YOU THRIVE ON CONFLICT!! Im also betting your one of those FaceBook hags that goes around trolling everyone for the sheer JOY of being a malcontent. These are all serious issues and should be addressed by a mental health professional. Since odds are YOU JUST DONT SEE IT, then maybe this is the instance that shines a light into your dark little soul.

You are an adult and you NEED to act like one. What kind of example are YOU setting for those around you. I can tell you this much. Its not a good example. Maybe next time you wish to return a item, you will accept when you are told NO. When they are telling you NO. Its because YOUR return doesnt qualify for a return. Be it from you using it till it breaks or even using it once. No customer wishes to purchase a product AFTER someone else has had it and used it. This means each and every time you have returned a open product, you have screwed the retail store out of the costs to purchase that item. And dont sit there and try and justify your actions by saying something stupid like'Oh the vendor will handle it" because they dont. When a retail store purchases a product, its the retail stores product until its sold to a customer. So for all your bravado and bluster, all you have been doing for years is costing them money. Each time you have returned a product for whatever reason, once you have opened and used the item, you have screwed the retail business out of what was theirs by right.

So after all these returns and all these altercations Sams Club FINALLY has had enough of you and YOUR DRAMA. How can you be surprised at the outcome when YOU have made it this way. And as for your "clients" needs. Im sure you can pay an extra 10% or so and purchase it at a NORMAL retail outlet. Because you have lost the PRIVILAGE of shopping at Sams.

First, an observation...YOU are a customer NO retailler wants....

You are a serial returner, confrontational and short tempered.  Your returns cost them more money (by far) than any profit they may make from you. I have shopped Sam's since their inception, in three different stores and have ALWAYS had fair treatment.

You have anger issues and need to address them. I dealt with people like you in retail for years.  You would have been asked to leave the store I was in and NOT return. Congratulations to Sam's for taking an action to protect themselves, their employees and customers from YOU.

Your MAJOR HANDICAP is you anti-social behavior.  YOU are NOT the only person in the world as you believe. If Sam's is smart they'll have a restraining order placed on you to keep you out.  You stress your illnesses, but that gives you NO right to harrass others.  (((redacted)))
