SAMS CLUB BAD GAS CROSS DROPPING DIESEL IN TANK REPORTED IN OTHER STATES TOO Loveland Colorado

I purchased Unleaded 85 as usual on the night of June 29, 2016 at pump number 5. I drove off and got about two blocks away and the car started jerking and four of my sensor lights came on. The car lost power and I chugged home which was another two blocks away.

The next morning on June 30, 2016  I got in the car and noticed one of the lights showed a tire so i drove slowly or as fast as my 2015 Honda /fit would go and went to Discount Tire. They said that there was no low tire, but there was definetly somethimg wrong with the car. I called a tow truck to take it to the dealer Honda of Greeley. Cory the Service  Manager promised to call me ASAP to let me know what was wrong. A few hours later he said that mechnaic said that there was Diesel in my tank. I called Sams and  KIm the Manager said it is impossible we do not sell Diesel.

I went to get my car when I got off work and was told that they were going to get barrels to drain the gas in and make sure the tank was dry befor adding any Unleaded gas to io it. I was given a loaner to use. I called Sams again and Kim said she wanted a sample of the gas which was saved in a Smart water boittle for her report.

The next day I picked up the car around noon and Corey said that they got it completely drained and put 5 gallons of Unleaded gas in it. He gave me the  bottle with the sample of the gas and said the mechanic thought it was Diesel said it even smelled like Diesel

 My total bil was almost $320.00. I immediately took the gas to Sams Club and filed a claim to go to Claims Management Inc. (CMI). I was contacted by an adjuster on Tueday who identified herself as Jennifer. She asked me questions about if I had a locking gas cap and when the car was last tuned up and finally when the last oil change was. She informed me that she was goign to make a through investigation and would let me know by Friday her decision. She called me late afternoon Friday to say that there was not enough evidence to ;pay the claim and Sams did nothing wrong. She based it on there were no obther claims and that Sams has their gas tested frequently.

I asked her for a report on the analysis of the gas and she said she did not have it and did not do that,

She informed me that I would get a letter.

I did some research and this happened to another person In Kansas. Sams admitted that the pumps might have been crossed and at some point the Diesel got in the Unleaded tank.

The other complaints are numerous all over the United States and one Sams Club reimbursed their customer for their losses directly.

I feel I got Ripped off by Sams and the hide behind a claims adjuster that does not even do a throuigh investigation.

I am at Loss right now so I want others to be warned  that Sams is operationg this way and does not pay any of the claims that are submitted to CMI for simlar losses. THe customer is just out $300-$1000.00. I want others to beaware of the Bad gas that Sams is selling and it is a Russian roulette as to who will suffer loss nest time they fill up at one of Sams Clubs gas tanks.
