Samsung Product recall Nationwide

My son had the unfortunate experience of purchasing one of the recalled Samsung washing machines which had a history of exploding tops and injuring people. A repair person from the Dish Network came out to do the repair. Not an appliance repair person. Then he said he could not fix it and his options were a partial refund a certain amount if they purchased another Samsung $100.00 less if they chose another brand. So they are awaiting the rebate process while having to put out cash to get another machine. What a bunch of BS. I will make it my personal goal toadvise anyone who will listen to never buy anything from Samsung. Remember the recent phone fires. Hopefully anyone that was injured will sue the living s**t out of this irresponsible company No he did not purchase another Samsung.
