We have been loyal customers of Samsung for over 20 years. Back in Feb or TV went psychotic and stopped working, After 5 days of fighting to get someone to look at the TV we were told they couldnt fix the TV because the piece needed is no longer available. The Repair mans name is Dale. We continued to fight with the company over this TV. We have been told they will replace the TV with a smaller TV yet we have to pay 350.00 for the replacement to go thru. When we call in to talk to the department we need to speak to and we get the run around, hung up on, placed on hold for hours and told there is nothing we can do.

We have told them a number of times that we will continue to fight them. They have been told we would file a complaint with the BBB and the Attrny General as well as here on Rippoff report and we have been told they didn't care and it wouldn't make a difference. We have even sent a letter to the President of the company and as of today Shelia called and told us again the deal was a smaller TV for 350.00. My husband again told them that was not a good deal and that we would file against them.

They still dont care, so now this is going to be known.

 

They need to take care of their customers and work within the warrenty as it doesn't expire for 2 more months. We have asked them why they refuse to fix their products and the answer was because they don't need to.

This company needs to be shut down. They need to fix their products and make this right.
