SAN ANTONIO CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES My Children were placed with a foster parent who has a pending assault charge against a family member, JUDGE AND CASEWORKER STILL ALLOW CHILDREN TO REMAIN IN THE HOME!!!! San Antonio Texas

CPS took my children from me in October of 2008...at that time they had asked me to list family members for them to go to..but instead of putting them there cps put my children with my fiances aunt and uncle. These people have been calling cps over and over on us to build a case to get custody of our little boy. Now the aunt and uncle are the foster parents and we have gone to court. I have begged and pleaded the courts to remove the children because the aunt assaulted my fiance and he has filed charges with the DA, not to mention illegally filing our son on their taxes last year.

I have completed almost all of my services they have asked me to do..not to mention try and look for a job, keep one, struggle to pay attorneys and everrything else that is necessary to get my children back. They are more interested in giving up my parental rights instead of helping us reunite like they said they would... They have been caught in numerous lies not only from me, but family members and attorneys as well..They have said my ua's have been diluted and i know different, i have asked for proof but they are not interested in listening to me, I FEEL LIKE THE CASEWORKER IS BEING BIASED...she is always seen in court smiling and laughing with the foster parents and knows how crazy those people are.

I want to know why my children could not be placed with my family first instead of with this particular couple and how could cps and the "JUDGE" could allow them to still remain in the house. IF this woman would assault her own nephew then how can i know for sure she wont hurt my kids?????? I have been told by other family members of hers how she grabs, pinches, screams and yells at her own two children, and how she resents my other children who are with her because "they remind her of me". How do I know she wont do the same to mine. I have plenty of people to testify to her behavior but cps refuses to listen to me!!!!!!!!!
