I purchased a used vehicle on consignment at san diego sportscars. Mark Howard, who is the owner claimed that once I paid for the vehicle he would then pay the loan off and send me a title to the car. Mark Howard never paid the vehicle off. He took my $65k and left me with a vehicle that still has a lien on it for $87k. I am not the only one he has done this too. Mark J Howard and SanDiego Sportscars needs to be stopped. They are screwing people out of their hard earned money. This wasn't some dumpy dealership either. He had a valid California Dealers License and lots of expensive cars at the dealership.
The police will not do anything about it, I have had to file a claim with the San Diego DMV. Every attorney I have talked to just wants more money to tell me that there is nothing that I can do to get my money back and I have the lienholder of the vehicle wanting the car that I just paid $65k for. HELP!

Marc howard told us that he would pay us our money that we payed him back if we would take this report off... LIAR. That's all I have to say. He has pending cases againts him and his dealership for fraud. Someday he will be in prision where he belongs. There were 4 cases when I bought my car it sounds like he is still doing it. I can't believe it!! If you run across him do not do any business or give him any money you will never see it again; he is a theif.

SDSC has contacted me and expressed his apolgizes for the mix-up due to this being a consigned vehicle. He stated that he will not be doing any more consignements due to this deal. And has stated that he is going to give us our money back.
