San Diego Sportscars/ Marc Howard Marc Howard 619 204 8406 is deserving of this report San Diego California

I had the opportunity to get a referal to Marc Howard becasue a great dealship he ran. Due to a divorce and wanted to trade my 2008 Escalade in for a lower model of auto with better gas miles. Marc offered to take over my Cadi for his wife that was pregnant with a child. He said he would be able to work with GMAC to take over the financing and pay off the loan and obtain his own payments. At the same time he had this shinny 2003 Audi A4 that he had just taken in on trade. He assured me that it had been through a 100 point test and that all checked out.

After a wire to him for $15 k the car was mine...not really. This was Feb that this happened, to this day the DMV has no idea or information ont he car nor do I have license plates or registration or even a pink slip. Since my insurance was up I needed to renew and they requested the registration, since I have had the car for a while they wanted the new paperwork. Which the DMV has no idea about. I now can not obtain insurance because Marc Howard never submitted the papers to DMV.

On top of all this i have received numerous tickets for the Escalade in LA. Upon review I have found out that GMAC repoed that Escalade and I am now financially reposnsible for the payments. To add to the confusion, I have had over $5k in car repairs to the A4 since Feb 2008. A new transmittion, new axel boots, new tires, the pistons have blown and a great vibration that occurs at 55mph.

I wrote Marc numerous emails with lil to no reply saying it was my fault. OVer promise and under deliver is what Marc Howard delivered to me! This guy is a piece of work. If anyone could enlighten me on how to handle a situation like this please let me know. I would be happy toget rid of the car...now 8 months later at less the $10k and over $20k spent in 8months, this is if I even legally own this car according to the DMV! The good thing is, I have all the paper work from the day i purchased the car! But like Marc, is this paperwork real or just fruad?
