I left Marc Howard a 2005 BMW 530 on consignment in February 2008.
Consignement agreement was for 3 -4 months. I have the vehicles title. Since then his dealership closed and after hundreds of attemps to get the car back with no luck. www.sandiegosportscars.com
Look like he commited fraud to other people I found here in google. Also his DMV sellers licence was canceled. I heard he is in Vegas Somewhere. Here is his number 619-204-8406, also some guy named Josh is also part of this and worked for him. Any info on this crook. email me at xxxxxxxx

Simply contact your local police department and report the car stolen. You may add that Marc Howard was involved in the theft. You have the title so there's no question of ownership.
