Jaime compalined about Mate Check selling her a bad GPS Tracker and another GPS Tracker that she did not order. Mate Check sued Jaime in the court of law and won the case against Jaime. That is why it is hard to have these type of reports open to the public before the outcome of the courts decision. The complaint against Mate Check was without merit and Mate Check proved their case in court and won.

I read your complaint about the GPS trackers which is not true and correct. You ordered a GPS tracker to track your husband. You ordered a tracker that was not a real time tracker which you wanted, ordered and received. Then when that tracker was not letting you know where you husband was in real time, you ordered a real time tracker that was recommended to you in the first place. I gave you a discount on the second tracker. You have complained to the Attorney General's office, DPS and BBB, which all of them found me to be in the right and no action was taken against me. They told you that you ordered two trackers, signed for them and I have a no return policy on my products. I can not resale used trackers. Infact, you still have both trackers to date. I hope you and your husband work everything out.
