Sanford & Jordan Offered 2 roundtrip airfare tickets Martinez Georgia

Claire Mason (Travel Awards Division) from Sansford & Jordan company offered my husband two roundtrip airfare tickets in and out of major continental US cities. The retail value of the tickets was up to $1,200.00. If the company was contacted within 48 hours a $100 gas rebate would be given to my husband.

The letter's envelope appeared suspicious because it contained my husband's name written by hand and no return address. The writer stated that she had been unable to contact him despite several attempts and that this was her last attempt. This tactic was clearly meant to scare the unsuspecting reader into immediate action.

In the letter's final paragraph it was stated that the reader should contact Claire in order to decline the "free tickets" so that someone else could get the tickets. Who wants to give up "free tickets"? If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I was also struck by the cheap-looking border which was darker blue in some areas and faded in others on the letter. The paper was of cheap quality too. The letter head was not embossed into the paper. The whole letter looked like it had been printed on someone's home computer.
Do not be fooled.
