This is another sports arb scam.... i suggest that anyone who has been contacted by them researches sports arbitrage and jump on the ACCC website and see what they have to say about these high preasure rippoffs making huge commissions selling 20k "reciprocal trading investments"! Firstly reciprocal trading dosnt even exist its just another name they give sports arb because they know if they call it sports arb there clients would find out that they can buy the same software for as little as $100!! Dont be another sucker to fall into the trap

S Connect

AUTHOR: jase - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, August 28, 2013

It looks Like these Guys have re marketed and are now trading/advertising under S Connect, S-Connect, SConnect, My guess is to avoid the bad publicity and keep selling overpriced betting systems to unsuspecting customers.

I almost bought from these guys.... luckelly I stumbled accross a sports arb forum and learned what Reciprocal Trading really is...

Anyone considering them should see all the press I got to see before getting preasured with sales tactics to buy within days of first contact!

Hi Sean,

Yes being unhappy with service and/or products does entitle me to a refund. You get your product back and you refund me.

Now Sean you tell me what I would expect from your company and product. Sell me the product again from that glossy brochure and convince me what I will get for my $18590. That brochure was returning $6000 p/m after 6 months. Show me and I will buy it.

On the matter of.” Does the system not display any trades for you?  The system did not show me trades numerous times, as per my correspondence with your IT.

Why do you not want to refund my money? I am happy to return your product. If it is that good and very limited, I am sure you can sell it on. Or have you spent it and can't afford to refund me?

Jay

Being unhappy with a company or service does not entitle you to a refund. I am more than happy to review your case on the correct grounds however you will have to be more specific, I don’t fully understand what you mean by saying, “The product I was sold did not deliver while I tried at home. It would deliver if I was shown an exact bet.” Does the system not display any trades for you?

Kind regards,

Sean

They have told me thae are looking at resolving it. For 4 months, hey are stalling until I give up. MMMMMM not me...lol. I would have rang no less then 50 times and always busy but will get back to me. No one gets back to me. I know I can be aggresive, but hey, they need a bomb up their a*se. Have offered several times to meet with them. They will not meet me..... I might surprise them one day....lol My number is 0407030466

Agree and concerned with Sansar too

AUTHOR: Ozasia - ()

POSTED: Thursday, June 13, 2013

I am also a 'potential' victim. I have also signed up and i am finding the program/system to be a total disaster.

the software does 'techncially' deliver what its advertised to do. however, whats misleading is the fact that there are SO MANY limitation which needs to be considered and overcome inorder for the user to make the necessary trade.

key obsticles and concerns:

1. the software is not 100% accurate with its results. the explanation is that the XML file issued by bookies is the source of the problem and that the S-Trader can only present whats obtain from the XML files.

2. Bookies limitation on the amount one can bet. this is out of your control and therefore it DOES not reflect what was advertised during the sales pitch by Sansar Connect.

3. training is minimal with an average of 5 minutes per training. the information is pretty repetitive and its more about them showing you how to place a single trade. I am also finding that mistakes are pretty much experienced by user rather than explained in advance. They refer to it as 'part of the learning'.

My biggest concern and complaint is that the misleading nature during the sales process and the promises made during sales is totally different to what i am finding out the system is delivering. Having purchased this program and being using it for the last 3-4months, i am very doubtful that i will get my money back within the next 12 months (if i am lucky).

simply put, this whole process has been a severe case of misleading customers to believe what it can actually do and the expectation set is unreaslitic and bordering on outright lie.

i have now found 3 cases which has experienced the same process and we are now in a position to take the company to court. If you are one of the unlucky customer, please contact me on (((ROR redacted))) and share your feedback.
