Sans one auto mall tricked me into buying brand new car I didn't want. Made me believe I had to spend more than I wanted to be approved in order to trade in the first piece of junk Acura they originally sold me that had huge trams problems. So when I finally got to trade in I went there after hearing on radio carolla for 13000 and would double amount for trade in. Well when I got there they had no corolla for price offered on radio and said I had to had to buy the 2012 camary that they picked. Yes it was brand new. But the bottom of the line nothi g special nothing added just plain blah camary and when all was said and done the 23'ooo dollar camary which they forced me to in addition to trading in Acura made me put an additional 3 thousand down for. So three thousand down. My trade in Acura which should've been 8 thousand and I owe. 36,000 dollars. How can a 23 loo dollar car minus 3 thousand down plus trade I. 8 thousand equal 36'ooo for bottom of line camary. They have no answer I keep going there trying to go over my numbers cuz there is definitely something not right. On top of it three months after I bought this car. The transmission goes and it's found out there is a manufacturers defect the car drives like crap. Even after they replaced it still drives horrible. And still no help. No one wants to talk with me or help me I think I deserve since I am paying all this money a decent brand new car that has no problems. That's all I ask I waited my entire life to finally be able to buy a new car and because of theses people it has turned into a two year nitemare and paying way tool much money that's making me broke. My car payment is a whopping six hundred a month I told them I can on
Y afford there hundred a month when we started. Nice right. I can't. Elieve they do not stand behind their product what is wrong with these people. They have a million cars they own the finance company why can't they give me a different car one that's not defective and one that I can actually afford. What happened to making the customer happy. I want to get a lawyer I need help. Oh and I believe it's because I am a wo an that I am being treated like this. If I were a man I would be getting treated better. I need help. This was suppose to be fun it's not
