I used Turbo Tax to prepare my 2015 taxes, as I have for several years.......they give you an option to use a third party to collect your fees for preparing your taxes which i mistekenly did. This is where my nightmare begins.

It took me almost an entire year and the assistance of a taxpayer advocate to get my refund now the end of November 2016. i was overjoyed and that has truned to extrem sorrow now knowing im delaing with a business that has multiple fraud cases, multiple scam reports etc.....

Santa Barbara tax group is refusing to release my refund for a BS reason of them "not identifing me!" although i did in fact send my ID through their appointed id check system that approved me.

Their customer service is atrocious and argumentitive. Funny last week when speaking to Chris he actually theratened to keep my refund and send it back to the IRS!!!

Santa Barbara tax Group did however take THEIR FEES and did not provide their services!!! hmm THAT IS FRAUD!!!
