The Santa Cruz county CPS worker lied while on the stand during a court hearing and painted a false and bleak picture of the grandmother that had taken care of minor and the new judge bought it! Minor's attorney never bothered to visit child in precarious placement. Siblings are still separated, so there will be no sense of safety or well-being. It just doesn't seem to matter how much good you do. The system is terribly broken and children suffer because of it. CPS is supposed to help children.
