A few days ago, I received a letter from a Loteria Primitiva as follows:

I thougt there is nothign to loose by ringing Antonio Sanchez. He pretended to check my ticket no, batch no reference no and address then asked me to fax the bank details to him and ring him to confirm that he received it. He was difficult to understand on the phone. It was a Friday, he said his office opens on a Saturday which is a surprise to me. I rang him on Saturday to confirm that he received my fax.

Then today I receivded a phone call purported to be fron Central bank of Spain asking me to send Antonio Sanchez 3,409.80 Euro as transfer me for the lottery money. I asked him why can't they deduct it from the prize money. He said that he cannot. He gave his name as Domingo and the phone Number of Central Bank is 34 661 054 750.What I was wondering why the Central bank asked me to send money to Antonio when Antonio should be asking for that himself.

I then checked the Central Banl No on the inetrenet and that seem to be quite different. I looked up on Santa Lucia on the internet and up came two rip off report with the same amount of prize money $615,810 at different dates ( so much for once a year lottery)and diffrent number of winners.
