 All 70 payments  were paid with in the month of the due date. NO MISSED PAYMENTS or partial payment made on this contract.

If Santander is indeed, applying "fraudulent" interest and illegally manipulating your loan...

 You should report them to your state's attorney general. Fraud is a serious crime. If, as I suspect, you missed payments, made payments late or made partial payments over the course of the loan, this is what happens.  You wouldn't have needed to go with Santander, a known "dead beat" lender, if you hadn't had a poor credit history.

With your history and now this Ripoff Report, you're fated to have this same result in your future.
