Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I have made combined payments for three month of both my regular monthly payment and an additional extra check to apply toward the principle.  Each time they don't do what I request.  They just make advanced payment into next year!  They told me to send two checks, one for monthly payment and one for principle. I did so with a complete letter in very large letter saying, "Apply the extra payment to principle.."  They just pay no attention and do what they want.  Their rediculous 22% auto loan is way too much and they just don't want me to pay the principle off early.

Is there a separate notation which shows interest and principle?  If so, is the principle declining?
