santaro development pulls illeagl loads,and wont pay East Syracuse, New York

i worked for santaros for 4 months,in that 4 months they wanted me to pull illegal loads with no permits and i almost got fired for not doing it.The day i quit i noticed money missing out off my paychecks,when confronting the office all i got was "i don't have time for this".so long story short i quit,but didn't leave them stranded.i loaded up the truck and brought it to there yard to keep the peace.It is now 3 weeks later and santaros took it upon themselves to keep my last weeks paycheck of $950.00.to this day i get answers like"we mailed it out,we cant find it,"
