Santerre & Vande Krol Sean Clancey Misrepresented his Client Scottsdale, Arizona

Andrea the front desk receptionist stole Michael's belongings in '06 and wants him go to court (Civil & Family). $10k (+/-) worth of belongings (Coached by Diana I. Rader trying to get fees paid who was a "Automotive Law Attorney" which may mean criminal traffic (may take a case) defense and the attorney might have also later added FLAP. Michael almost had Andrea thrown in prison for theft through Superior Court and Michael was building a good case, enough for Police questioning and State prosecution that a jury might have convicted her on, and the attorney coaching conspiracy theory wasn't even part of the Police questioning and Michael knowingling had Andrea admit to possession of his belongings on disc with Andrea consenting to the recording (not on disc but posted) without editing through a hearing and Diana Rader said to Andrea "do not talk" after Michael said "I'm taking you to Superior" (not in a loud voice). But he didn't because Andrea said that Michael is the Father of her baby (Pending Paternity and Michael's visited with the baby and wasn't even around during the time of conception when Andrea said "I met my soulmate" because of MSN horoscopes and Andrea became upset because Michael did not get upset).

Note: If Michael's looking to "knock a girl up" he would knock up Stephanie or one of his other Girls or Ex's. Also Note: Knowledge of Dwight Freeney's Syracuse Alumni came after knowledge of owner of Sack Tierney firm Alumni. And Dwight Freeney comes up when you Google Michael's friend who Andrea knew with a magazine dated (game dated) before the pregnancy (which Andrea might have told Sean Clancey about it like do you know who Dwight Freeney is?). In other words, Michael does not have any hidden agendas, but Michael learned Dwight Freeney went to Syracuse on the flight or around that time and he put 2&2 together an did not want to say do you remember me? (like the Taco Bell Commercial and Mike was not thinking about the Alumni Dwight Freeney & Sack Tierney association) Mike Borello likes to think Dwight Freeney knew who he was, and invited him over because his friend might have said to him "you met him", and when Michael was playing pool it came to him that he picked up Dwight Freeney after the Bowl game in Scottsdale.

Andrea worked at Santerre & Vande Krol and may have been refered to (without requesting it  like "you need to talk to an attorney" with Andrea crying at the front desk knowing she is pregnant) Sack Tierney by Sean Clancey at Santerre & Vande Krol who represented Mike Borello and was bitter because he is a sports fanatic and was also upset at Michael because Santerre & Vande Krol waived a $75 filing fee (to put a file into a cabinet that may have went to Andrea without telling Michael, but that's OK) and Michael made $68k+ (not a flip and nobody foreclosed or short saled on the property, it was cash and Andrea thought she was entitles to half of $125k+/-, and they were not even married because of the agreement and Andrea worked at Santerre & Vande Krol and did not live with Michael) off Sean Clancey's $500 co-ownership (Michael does not use the agreement anymore and Teresa never has, and Michael did not instruct Sean Clancey to review the contract and he may have thought he is entitles to half as well) agreement that Teresa Borello had to make changes to because it could have put Michael Borello into a lawsuit. Pending Settlement. Michael called Sean Clancey 5/20/10 and Sean Clancey said "and the attorney I refered probaly did do a good job" and also said "Andrea was crying at the front desk" and "I know Sack Tiernry". Andrea and Sean Clancey were to close (Andrea would tell Michael office stories) and Santerre & Vande Krol should have never done the agreement and Michael and Andrea had been to Holiday parties together and they should have had Andrea go home for the day with pay.
