Warning Warning Warning. Don't get ripped off by this company. Here are some of the things Joe Santarelli has done to honest, hard working people. Walked away from contracts, refusing to finish the project, even though he was paid. Could not finish a new home in more than 2 years,walked off the job, and says he doesn't have the money to finish the home even though he was paid in full. I should add that he was able to build his own new home in less than a year and plenty of money for that.If you question him about these facts,I am sure
he will have a sob story and lies for all of it. Just ask you're local construction officials,they know all
about this clown.
