Sarah McKnight provided inadequate cleaning service.  The quality and thoroughness of cleaning was poor.  She could also be rude.  We used her bi-weekly for three months.  After her visits we noticed some of our jewelry and other valueables were missing.  When we confronted her about the missing items she admitted that she had been searching through our dresser drawers where our jewelry was stored.  But she claimed that she did not take anything.  Her cleaning work did not require her to work anywhere near the dressers, however.  Other than claiming to be curious Sarah offered no explanation for why she had been looking through dresser drawers.  Sarah McKnight has been charged with stealing and dealing with stolen property in the past.  Multiple mug shots exist and are accessible online.
