I was recruited after 13 years in car business to work for Vern Buchanon (running forcongress) and David Long at Sarasota Ford. After your induction where they let you do your way of selling cars (98.7 customer satisfaction index over last 3 years) they lay their way on you. Some are do not sell ad vehicles or get fired, cheat the customer by confusion, don't tell about ads, if asked for carfax tell them we will send it. State law allows you to make 2 points on financing,they made5-10 sometimes.I was inundated with customers that I sold which managers lied which I had no knowledge and after dening, I recorded them. They smacked up a yellow with black racing stripes mustang since they fixed it, they said not to mention even though it was obviously 2 different colors. They put in showroom so it was dark and sold it.

As far as David Long who is 40, self proclaims to be homeless at 15 for 20 years. Then went into military for4 and then Vern gave him a job selling cars for 10 years. He says heis part owner for 3 years.This makes him 52. He also proclaims to be a heroin, meth,cocaine, and alcoholic. 1 1/2 years ago Vern told the controller if she did not give him financial reports before David she would be prosecuted as would David. He never pays what is owed except 1st month and never will pay last check. He will not let people with disabilities sign up for group health plans which is ilegal as is everything else.

Just think, a congressman-Vern Buchanon and a drug addict-thief running a business. I can go on but I have recordings, and other proof and witnesses to back up many pages. Right now Labor investigators, feds (taxes), and police are puttinga case together as I just got court date #1 to testify as did 12 others.
