Vitas innovative Hospice care in walnut creek hired an incompetent manager named Sari Trunk. Beware everyone Sari Trunk is the worst team manager that you can ever work for. She works her nurses to the ground even though all the other teams don't do as many visits as our team. She loves to impress upper management by having her team being worked to the ground and the lady wonders why people are leaving her team. She has very poor management skills, in fact she shouldn't be a manager because we truly feel that she doesn't have the mental capacity to handle it. She forgets almost everything that we tell her, it's sad Vitas is letting her get away with being so incompetent. She really needs to be written up for all the mistakes that she has made with her team we are to the point that we can't stand working with her. Four people have already left in the matter of two months, she's just so incompetent and nobody is doing anything about her so we finally decided to leave. Hopefully someday, we are hoping she gets fired because she is forgetful it's a huge liability on us as employees.
