Was on the look for a cat's eye gemstone. So browsed and saw this beautiful stone on holyspa.com and I sent them an email saying i wanted that particular one. Or something similar.

so i got this email back

We have all types of Cat's Eye Stone in all colours and qualities.The best Cat's Eye is Ceylonese or from Ceylon/Sri Lanka,i.e.very clear or transparent,while others are not so,If you want Ceylonese in dark grey or light blackish in colour I can arrange it, in the same price band.

I trusted him cause he was a hindu priest.
Paid him USD$200 and after a month got a ring, with a cracked gem which was yellowish green in color. terrible quality. really bad i feel like throwing it away. I know i'm not going to get my money back so well..

i just wanted to put this here, so hopefully no one else goes through the same thing.
