satboy.com undelivered paid product and scam, Internet

I have recently been defrauded by SATBOY.COM. I place an order(Order number:303813) for a product (Diablo cam) with Satboy on 2011-06-25, about six months ago. I duly paid 112 euro using my credit card which was confirmed by mail by satboy. I did not receive the product. Instead the company devised other method of further taking more money from me.

After about 5 month (October) of my persistent mails to satboy, I was told that the product had just been returned to them by the mail courier, because the item was not claimed at my local post offfice, which was not true. i went to the post office weekly prior to that and they confirmed there was no such package for me.

Satboy then asked me to pay a further 38 euro for shipping the product again to me using PREMIUM SERVICE, which i assumed will be DHL, in that case the delivery will be to my house, eliminating any further excuse of unclaimed product. I paid and I was given a fake tracking code and link   http://nolp.dhl.de/nextt-online-public/set_identcodes.do?lang=en&idc=960720922748  (which never updated the status of the delivery- please check). Now more than two months again after my second payment for shipping, the item is nowhere to be found. 

Satboy have since then continued to ignore my various mails and attempt to contact them.
