Satin Youth Cream (manufacturer Celudon Skin Serum (retailer)Envious Healthy Shop (retailer) Sent me an email with cancellation numbers of product, said I would not be charged, and then charged me anyway. St. George Utah

I ordered a "sample trial" of the Youth Satin Cream for $4.95 to cover shipping., and then on a separate page, after I had put in my credit card number, they urged me also to order the cream that went best with it, for another $3.95.  Later, I was to find out they had a notice that was about the size of this font, that they would be charging me $99.95 for the first cream. This notice was on the first page only. But in addition, they charged me $89.95 for the second cream, without any printed warning that I could find. These creams were sample sized, and could not possibly be mistaken for a month's supply. 

  When I phoned to protest, the rep. for Satin Youth Cream said she would cancel my subscription, that my card would not be charged, and sent me 2 emails cancelling my account with cancellation numbers.  Of course, 20 days later I am recharged for the amount. When I phoned them on this, they said my bank would take care of investigating this, and that it was out of their hands. Of course, the rep. of Satin Youth Cream, was not even interested in knowing the numbers of the cancellation codes of the email they had sent me. 

  This company is extremely slick in defrauding the customer. I can only hope that my story saves a  consumer from falling into the fraudulent business practices of Satin Youth. I will keep posting warnings about this company wherever I can.
