Savanh Marketing Systems ripoff, SAVANH MARKETING, MARKETING SYSTEMS TAMPA Florida

I wanted to make everyone aware that SAVANH MARKETING SYSTEMS/CAVALIER GROUP is one of the Cydcor companies. I worked with them for about 3 months and believe me this may or maynot be the job you are looking for. I saw many co workers hungry and not being able to afford food OR A GOOD LIFE because of the straight commission deal. I saw may people broke without a dime in there pocket while the manager was pocketing from what his reps were making out in the field.It was a sad situation.

Basically u r not compensated for driving around hours going to your territory and everyone knows how expensive gas is. Sometimes they like to recommend that u go on "business trips" especially when u r new which is basically going to eg.panama city doing the same thing, driving around for hours without compensation for gas to or from there or while u r there and no money for food either.While u r working your butT off and going from door to door, the manager is in his office chillin IN his air condition gaining off of the sales u made that day.

The manager likes to hire fresh unsuspecting individuals who answer to these numerous suspicious looking online ads, not knowing that they will be literally going from door to door to random businesses. Yes people cold calling!!!Although there is a chance to make a little bit of money it is not worth it ,u will soon realise that selling office supplies is not cool and does not offer good money and working from 7 til 7 sucks too especially with a family. The people here do not care about anyone all they do is try to build relationships with you so that u will not quit because they are shady and want to make money off of u.When u get promoted to leadership in the company you are now required to take interviewees out in the field with u. How ackward is that!!!!So u get the bad negative attitudes from them while the manager just wants a report on if u want to hire that person or not.

Promotions to leadership are quick because they want to make you feel good so u can run home and tell your family but you don't make any higher commission and you work longer hours. And one more thing, if you think that u will only see your coworkers during the week, u r wrong, they always want you to hang out and spent time on the weekends with peoeple u r ready see too much during the week.I hated that, I have a family at home and friends i wanna hang out wid.

I am glad that I left and never returned.Beware people, get yourself a secure, stable job!There are more opportunities for u to start in a base salary job and move up and make alot of moneybut remember that money is not all.

A mouthful i know but just be careful guys!! I have seen too many people go on these whole day long interviews, only to regret it.
