My husband found this public court document filed against Savannah Ellis. Just read this document folks,

Who is her next victim?

I would address the author directly, but as the person making the complaint hid their identity, I will just have to address the complaints in point form.

Issue 1. "My husband & I met this person at a wine tasting event"

Fact - I have not attended wine tasting events in CA. The only wine tasting event I attended was the Book Signing event for our book launch in 2014, in Hermosa Beach.

Issue 2. "She asked us to to make an appointment for a private coaching session at her home, in Santa Monica."

Facts

- I have never held client sessions in my private home, in any state or country. Without exception.

 - I have never LIVED in Santa Monica

- At the Hermosa Beach event, no discussion of therapy sessions was discussed with anyone

 - In CA, I only did couple intensive sessions (2 to 3 day events) with my co-author and fellow Psychologist Joe Whitcomb

Issue 3 - "when we arrived, we found it to be very strange with her behavior and her lack of professional conduct." & "At this point we decided to stay, paid the funds that she asked for and left."

Fact

 - Impossible. You were never in my home.

 - Provide proof that funds were paid or tell me your name so I can follow up on your records

Issue 4 - "Claiming all different degrees from Sydney Australia that she has gained, which are all bogus!!!"

Fact - My degrees are from Victoria and Queensland, not NSW. My academic transacripts were also sent to the usa from my home universities, when I began further psychology studies at Walden, USA. Universities send transcripts directly to each other.

Issue 5 - "BTW please read the Police report we have found on her! "

Fact - There was none attached, as none exists.

This person is using this platform to not expose a ripoff, but to post slanderous comments for a reason unbeknown to us all. As this website itself allows for this level of posting, I will leave my response as is. 

I ask that the writter of this report contact me directly with their grievances so to work towards a solution (if possible.)
