I'm the sucker, learn from my mistake. Save Avenue, ecashstreet.com takes your money and the returns don't conver the expense of joining. I put out over $500 to join and establish the site plus their advertising scheme in July, 2006.m My return waqs less than $100. Now I want out of the embarassing website. I want out of my account that hog ties me to Save Avenue. 1/14/2010 I called 1 800-344-2325 Alisha took the message. I called again 1/15/2010 referred to J. Martinez, he would call back, but no call back.  I called again 1/19/2010 10:20 am HST, said will call back in 30 minutes, no call back. I call again 1/19/2010 at 1:45 pm, they were out to a meeting. I called again at 4:00 pm HST and they still were not in. I called again 1/20/2010 at 8 am HST left message. i called again 1/20/2010 at 10 am and referred to Monique Morris. She updated and would submit the papeerwork for refund less commission. Paperwork would take 30 to 45 days. I waited patiently 45 days and nothing. I called 3/9/2010 for status report, would return call in 24 hours. I Called 3/11/2010 at 11: am HST (48 hour later), Monique Morris and I disagreed, she reneigned on the refund and she would close the account & site only by written request. I have been sending letters to Save Avenue at 3200 N. Hayden Road, Suite 140 Scottsdale, Arizona 85251 since 3/19/2010.  The letters are returning. However, I continue to send letters requesting the closing of my account & website. I contacted Better Business Bureau to resolve my problem. They contacted the parent company, that suuport the refusal of refund, but did not touch the closing of the account & website. I asked BBB to continue to close the account, close the website, and terminate the contract. Since 3/31/2010 I have also faxed the refused letters to their fax number at 1-480-946-0121 tht has no dial tone, indicating the line is busy and I continue to fax with the same results. Do you get the feeling I want out?  I am investigating what other avenue to take to address the issue including government intervention.  Any ideas?

Forbidden online access to Save Avenue site

AUTHOR: I want out - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 26, 2010

I have been forbidden access to Save Avenue website E-cash Street.  After finally finding their current address in 4/2010, my October letters are returning. The returned letters are labeled 'Return to Sender, Not deliverable as addressed, Unable to Forward'. the address: 4205 N. 7th Avenue. Suite 201 Phoenix, AZX 85013 received my letter from 4/2010 to 10/82010. Now, the letter are returning. Where are you, Save Avenue?

The website is still up and running. I still have access to the control center to the website, therefore, I still message Save Avenue. They responded "my domain has expired', yet my website is still up and running. They answer therefore I still am a customer i.e. I Email and my email has not returned, yet.

As of 9/20/2010, Save Avenue number rings with no answer. Whereas before, the fax would automatically pick up. Save Avenue advertised  jobs opportunities online and I used that fax number and it went through.

FBI has my Save Avenue complaint on file. Consumer Protection Agency (CPA)tried to address my complaint with them once. But, I'm a low to no priority. CPA is keeping my complaint on file. I appreciated that CPA acknowledged the receipt of my complaint by letter as well as they status of my complaint which is on file.

My URL of control center is estorebiz with ISP "The Planet". I contacted "The planet' and asked for help to terminate my website. The representative referred me to abuse and legal. I filed complaints with abuse and legal with attached copies of letter to Save Avenue with no response.

I can't find access to estorebiz but they are in business with policies and disclaimers referencing Save Avenue. There stores advertise the exact same things as my Save Avenue site. Therefore, Save Avenue is Estorebiz also.  Same scam with a new name.  Where are you Save Avenue?

Still held hostage by Save Aenue webhosting

AUTHOR: I want out - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, April 22, 2010

They moved and did not inform me as their customer of their current address. All my letters from 3/19/2010 to 4/5/2010 for 3200 N. Hayden Road, Suite 140 Scottsdale, AZ 85251 returned as ANK addressee not known, unable to forward.  I needed to get a signed letter to Save Avenue informing Save Avenue to terminate my memberhip, close my account and terminate my webite.  I inquired at the post office for asssistance. The post office informed me it was a dead address.  Forewarding last for a year.  Therefore, Save Avenue moved over a year ago. The post office advised that I call to get a current address.  I called and got an answering machine (new) and left a message to call back with their current address. No return call. I researched (((Redacted))) contact and the website indicated a new address as 4205 N. 7 Avenue, Suite 200 Phoenix, AZ 85013.  I gave it a try. There is no 7 Avenue in Phoenix and I expect the letter to return.  I emailed Better Business Bureau and BBB replied promptly with the current address registered with them:  4205 N. 7th Avenue, Suite 201 Phoenix, AZ 85013. I verified on mapquest there is such an address in Phoenix AZ, but no verification that it belonged to Save Avenue. I tried that address and on the advice of the post office, I had the post office do a verification that it was delivered. I called Save Avenue again and someone answered. I asked for the current physical address. They informed me the current Physical address is 4205 7th Avenue, Suite 201 Phoenix AZ 85013. Armed with a current address to get a signed letter to Save Avenue, I continue the letter campaigned supported by email to cutomerservice@saveavenue.com ( I am still their customer) and faxing to 1-480-946-9121 which is going through. Recently I confirmed with the USPS that a letter was delivered. I received a 6:00 a.m. HST 4/21/2010 call from Save Avenue, claiming to be Monique Morris, informing me that they had received my letters, email, and faxes and was working on it. She continued referencing the rip off report challenging the report. I defended my report. Referred to my letters indicating to contact "write to me". Since, the conversation was not about terminating my membership, closing my account, and/or terminating the website, I ended the call.  She called again immediately, I replied "write". She called again, I replied "write." I would not have gotten the courtesy of a reply that they received my letters, faxes, or emails if not for the rip off report. Yes, she called and informed me she received the letters, faxes, and email; but spoke mostly about the rip off report. I am still held hostage to the Save Avenue website and still continuing my letter, fax and email campaign. I still want out. What is the problem? I close memberships and accounts yearly and the companies comply within hours to 2 days. I even terminated a website with no problem. It is now 3 months and I'm still held hostage to Save Avenue.
