I purchased a daily deal (Papa Johns Pizza) over a month ago, and after purchasing I was never able to print the voucher per your instructions.
I called the 800 number you list on your website numerous times, and have not to date been able to speak with anyone, I have chosen every option on your menu, and end up with the same message, requesting me to hold on for the next available operator, after you hold any where from 2 to 4 min. a recording comes on and request you to leave your name & number; someone is suppose to return your call. I have left my name and number several times, to date I have not received a call back.
Wednesday 01/18/2012 I was able to get your Chat Line, I chatted with a Rep name Beth, who told me that their was a Technical issue with their printing, and that the IT dept was working the issue, she did not know when it would be fix, I asked to speak with a supervisor. She requested my name & number and promised I would get a call back.
Since I had been promised that other times by other Reps you cant imagine how shocked I was when I did get a call from s Supervisor who referred to himself as Jeff.
He explained that the demand for this particular deal on that day was way pass what they expected, and that they had to order some more gift cards, when those cards arrived they would be downloaded into the system and the customer would be able to print them.
I must admit that sounded more reasonable than a printing issue.
On Thursday 01/19/2012 I went to your website to see if I could get the option to print, and It said my deals had been redeemed, I immediately tried to contact someone but couldnt, I have sent several emails to your email@example.com address ; but have received absolutely nothing. No response at all.
This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered. What do I do?
