Save never received my gift card Internet

I ordered a Cabelas Gift card, it was a 15.00 deal but you got 25.00 , they took the mony right out of my acct, but yet to still have receive it. I have called numerous times and left messages, and emails response. I want my 15.00 dollars back, and an explanation why this happened. They were quick to take the money out but, I have nothing to show for it. It was a Christmas present too
