I purchased a deal on savemore.com in the middle of December. I received a voucher a couple of days later and entered it on the site, onlinegifts.net. I got a confirmation email, but never received the item.

I have tried calling the company at the number listed on their website, (972) 479-5099, only to be placed on hold. After ten minutes, I am sent to an answering machine and have never been called back.

They do not list an email, nor has help@onlinegifts.net responded to any emails forwarded to them.
