saveology I call and Email to cancell last month and still got charge for next month Internet

Last month I call to cancel my membership with this people the lady who answer told me that I have to put the request on a Email which I did I got their response that in less  than 48 hrs they will contact me to go over my cancellation I forgot to call and a month later I was checking my bank account and find out that They still taking my membership fee when I call and Email this f.....g peopleI"m really pissoff.
