In late September in 2011 I purchased 5 Papa John's gift cards from this merchant's website - Saveology.com. Within a few days, the e-vouchers appeared in my account, which contained the gift card numbers and pin. Each voucher had a value of $10 each the description clearly indicated that there is no expiration.  I was able to use a  gift card a few days later without issue. 

Recently I logged into my account to retrieve another gift card but I was surprised to discover that the vouchers had all been removed and the website stated that they had expired in late October 2012. This was extremely unusual because gift cards do not expire, and even if the promotional value of a deal expires, the money I paid will always be there. Having removed the vouchers from  its website completely, Saveology has in effect rendered my previous purchase totally useless. 

I contacted customer support with my concern and their rep responded by saying that no offers can be made because it's  past their 90-day return policy, and that their records show that the vouchers have expired which I already knew. 

When I wrote back asking for the original vouchers or a refund, the rep repeated the same things she said before and made no attempt at all in resolving my issue. I am extremely disappointed in the company and its customer service. I will be satisfied if my original request can be met.
