I just took a closer look on my credit card statement recently, and realized that i had been getting these $1 charges for the last 6 months from Savingsmart.com. Ever since I have been calling their toll free number hoping to talk to a person but I always get an automated response.

How do I get my money back? and how do I stop them from keeping taking money out of my account?

Savingsmart From Cingular Cell Phone Company they said they would take one dollar and payment once a month. payment was never take because i made payment to the company store every month. but savingsmart is stealing one dollar out of my bank acc. every month without paying the cell phone bill. i try to tell then to stop but i can not reach them. and the bank say they can not stop them only i can . and they can not be contacted. i call and tr Chicago Illinois

Savingsmart.com I was going through my bank statements and found that this company was taking 1.00 from my account for quite some time! I have no idea how it got on my account but I tried to call to stop it and it was a pre-recorded message stating that if you wanted to opt out of this plan ( I imagine most do!) that you must get online! I contacted my bank and reported the activity and cancelled my card. Internet (connecticut)
