Savingsmart Fraudulent Billing Des Plaines Illinois

A $1 charge continues to be charged to my credit card for several months. I've tried contacting the company and the don't respond. I've tried to cancel a membership that I don't have through their online contact page and haven't recieved a response. I called the phone number and the recording won't respond unless you have a membership ID which i don't have. This is simply theft. I will be contacting my bank in the morning to cancel my bank account and see if actions can be taken at the bank. I will be showing the bank the MANY articles I have found on line of people complaining of the same thing and I will produce a bill for my time and damages and mail it to this company. They are simply stealing money thinking no one will bother because it's only a $1 at a time.
