After being the first Treasurer & later President of 2,300 homes in 13 subdivisions of a Florida HOA ... my discussions & warnings of Not-For-Profit HOA violations discussed with Facebook Friends ... the 90 member HOA's Sarasota Attorney had me "process-served" 2 letters advising me I was tried & convicted of violating rules with no warning or opportunity of a defense.   Sad when the enemy inside the Gay Community is more dangerous than the homophobes.   Copies of the letters ( pdf files ) available upon request.
