To begin would be going back several years. I was forced to have to refinance my house at a higher rate. That is another story. My story is I was under wage earner and became un able to work. My wage earner went un paid for some time. Then My oldest sister came to my rescue and attempted to pay off wage earner.For several months We got the run around by courts and mortgage company. Motrgage company kept saying there was a difference in money owed and what the courts said. Courts payoff dept. would not close out wage earner till problem was resovled. (So I was told.)Costing me more money. My sister was finally given figure to pay off wage earner and date had to be done by.This was to include May payment of house and any other fees accured. She complided with order. We received papers showing case had been Discharged / Paid in Full on May 18,2005.My sister was to start making payment direct to mortgage company for house note. (Saxon Mortgage) She has sent June payment. On the evening of June 1st about 8:17p.m. CST. we received a call. (Out of area on caller I.D.)
We usally don't answer these type calls. My wife answered and it was a gentlemen from (Saxon Mortgage)saying we owed May & June payments on house. She told him that my sister had made May payment and would talk to her about June payments. The next day (June 2nd) I called (Saxon Mortgage) and talked to a lady named Rhonda. She told me we owed May & June payment. She mentioned a partial payment for May when I told her it had been paid thru Courts. I told her I would speak to my sister. My sister said May was taken care of in Final Closing of wage earner and she had mailed June payment. I called (Saxon Mortgage) back and spoke with someone different she also said we owed May & June payment. She also mentioned a Fee we owed them. Never could understand what the Fee was for.{I am hard of Hearing} Called my Attorney and left message. Called my attorney back and spoke with her about matter. She got information from me and said she would check into the problem for me. Attorney said it would be Friday (June 3rd) but she would contact them. Later that night (Thursday June 2nd about 9:30pm) we received another call from (Saxon Mortgage) saying we owed May & June payments.
I told the lady we had spoken with someone earlier in day and my attorney was going to be in touch with them on Friday June 3rd. Friday June 3rd we recevied another call from (Saxon Mortgage) late in the evening again. My wife told them May & June had been paid. Saturday Morning June 4th we received another call from(Saxon Mortgage)About 10:00am. I asked the lady eactly what I owed them and she said May & June payments plus a fee. It was a total of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Five Dollars & Forty Five Cents. May payment with late fee June payment and a unknown fee. Let me say this my payments are only $577.24 a Month. It is Now June 4th 1:50 p.m. Central Standard Time and I am waiting on (SAXON Mortgage) to call again. Come Monday Morning June 6th. I will also be speaking with my Attorney Again in getting this Matter resolved or seeking Legal action agaist (SAXON MORTGAGE) I was born at night but it wasn't last night. I Stand Up for My Rights. One last thing I am waiting on disability hearing as I have Congestive Heart Failure / Sleep Apnea etc. I Fear No One as My GOD is a Awesome God. Saxon Mortgage We are coming for you.

Continued Unjust Late Fees Doubled Mortgage Payments.

Well here we are again still in the battle of unjust fees and higher mortgage payments. SAXON MORTGAGE OF TEXAS is still at it. They are trying to get fees that should have been paid before close out of my wage earner case. My oldest sister was paying my mortgage payments of 577.24 a month. Now they are saying we owe 2219.25 for Aug to get current and payments will be 1047.68. What it amounts to there are holding a gun to my head in no uncertain terms and saying pay our fees or loose your house. I am asking for help and would like to file a class action suit agaist them. Lets stop these people. This is AMERICA but I feel like I am in communist country. This is so unjust. I am not only battling them I am battling disability as I can't work.

Hello Since Last time I wrote Saxon Mortgage has been in Contact with My Attorney. To update you They are trying to say I haven't paid Two payments and late fees plus other charges. I received a Letter today that says My escrow account has a short fall of about 4500.00 dollars. They couldn't get me the other way so now they are trying to double my house note to cover the short fall of escrow account. So they say. Well My attorney has been lookin over some documents they sent her. Those documents are worthless because they can print what they want on there. I was born at night but it wasn't last night. All this should have been cleared up before my wage earner was closed out.Saxon Mortgage like I said before you have got hold of a handfull here. I am ready to Rumble. Your attorney that represents you where I live probaly doesn't know what kind of Company you are. He will though. I promise you that. 06/18/2005

Hello I just received another Call from (SAXON MORTGAGE) Lady indenified her self as Trina. Call received 8:15p.m. Central Standard Time. She went thru all the jive about being recorded. Told me that my June payment was due plus fee's. I asked how much total. She said Three Thousand One Hundred Five Dollars & Thirteen Cents. She stated for just June and Fees.
I asked what kind of Fee's. She stated attorney and late fees. Well just Saturday evening when receuved a call it was Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Five Dollars & Forty Five Cents.
This was to include May & June and late fees. 826.92 Difference and May payment dropped on this call. How can this be? May payment not included and jumped that much.
Tell me something isn't wrong here. My attorney tried to talk to them Today but wouldn't talk to her till I signed a Letter of some sort. Some more stall tatics again. SAXON MORTGAGE You have grabbed hold of problem that will not go away easy.
