SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES USES HOUSE NOTE PAYMENT TO PAY THEIR "FEES, FEES, FEES" INSTEAD OF IT'S INTENDED PURPOSE FORT WORTH Texas

How much more can the American public be expected to take from Saxon mortgage? They charge fees upon fees upon fees so you can never get caught up! They took our $1700.00 house note and paid all their "fees" with it and then had the nerve to tell us we still owed for january payment.

When I explained to them we had already paid the $4900. they said we owed, she had the nerve to tell me we still owed for jan. and feb. payments and was i going to pay them now? i laughed. we sent them almost $5000. in two, yes i said two weeks and they said we still owed almost $4200. more.

When i mailed in the house note it was intended as just that A HOUSE NOTE not a fee note. when i complained about all their fees and tried to get a straight answer about the $764.00 MISCELLANEOUS FEES she said it was for breach of contract fees, and inspection fees and the rest she couldn't or wouldn't explain. 4 drive-by inspection fees in one month? come on!

This company rips the American consumer off and takes hard working people's houses and nobody is doing anything about it. We've had to deal with the people for the past 3 years and our lives have been a nightmare because of this company!!!!!!!!!! The mental anguish , the stress, and the mind games they play should be considered cruel and inhumane. How can you be prepared for your house note to go up $1000.00 in one year? Add to that all their ridiculous fees.

Surely there's another Erin Brockavich out there who's willing to help the little man. We refuse to give up our house to these predators. I cannot believe Wells Fargo would taint their good name by using saxon mortgage . They use unscrupulous business practices and they have no concern for their customers. All they want is the almighty dollar at any price. We will not be content only to see them run out of georgia, we want them OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!
