this is little what they did and I file in court without any lawyer and they stop my forclouse and told me they going to work out and now after 4 months they start to forclouser again on me and I am in search of victomes and also any lawyer who can help me I am willing to pay what I can afford ,
here is some info about case i file in court

1.The P has sought a workout agreement with the saxon to modify his mortgage at the instruction of the saxon.
2The saxon has encouraged and verbally agreed to work with the P but continues to use delay tactics to move toward foreclosing the P residence.
3.The P has hired company to negotiate the workout agreement with the saxon yet the saxont continues to use deceitful and misleading tactics to delay and move toward foreclosing the Plaintiff's residence.
4.The saxon has verbally agreed to negotiate a settlement plan and reinstate the mortgage. Despite efforts by the P to finalize a written settlement of the issue, the settlement has been delayed by procedural hurdles and repeated claims that of non receipt of multiple faxes from both the P and company
5.The saxon actions have forced the P to file chapter 7 bankruptcy. Causing both emotional and lose of respect in the neighborhood, family and business. Causing irreparable damage to the P credit and ability to do business.
6.The saxon actions have caused great stress in the P Marriage and life unnecessarily.
7.The saxon has acted in bad faith and with misrepresentation to the Plaintiff.
