Saxon Mortgage keeps asking for money, meeting deadlines but no help in loan modification Fort Worth Texas

In April 2007 I had to file bankrupcty, I didn't file on my home but somehow Saxon appeared on there right along with Nova Star who sold my loan to Saxon, I paid a total of 6 thousand thru this bankruptcy to Saxon, and sending my house payments in as well which they were getting double paid, which my payment went from 850 a month up to 1440 a month, I don't live in no mansion, Saxon kept stating I had missed payments total of 4 I had to go to my bank have them print out statements to show these 4 payments had been made..Now since my bankruptcy dimissed Saxon wanted 9 thousand up front or was going to foreclose on my home..Saxon was sent a check in that amount, not telling me ahead of time it couldn't be paid in the form of a personal check, I called to see if they received the payment I was informed it was being mailed back, they were demanding a bank wire transfer and the deadline was 1 day to do so..I did the bank wire transfer which is suppose to get there INSTANTLY, here it is 7 days later and Saxon telling me they haven't received the money and I still haven't received my personal check they were mailing back to me, oh yeah and my loan modification it's been going on 6 months now. I am way past being nice I am currently in the process of finding an attorney, it's no wonder so many homes are in foreclosure they aren't helping people in no way..I figure these mortgages companys see the economy turning around look how much property and homes they will make a killing on, not only will they resale these homes but they will force the people they foreclose on to pay half the mortgage as well how corrupt is that! A word of advice for home buyers out there don't get mixed up with Saxon Mortgage they will ruin your life!
