SBA Lending Network is a niche-marketing name for Funding Universe. They basically are the same scam as Funding Universe, but targeting individuals seeking SBA loans.

I gave them their initial consultation fee of $99 to go over my credit and connect me with SBA lenders who would be suitable to work with.

Instead, I was never connected with any SBA lenders whatsoever.

My experience consisted of:
1. Paying them
2. Filling out their online profile
3. Getting a call from their 'credit analyst' AKA salesman
4. Salesman wanted me to upsell me to their lawyers, who would allegedly improve my credit report.
5. I said I didn't need any credit services, just connections to SBA lenders.
6. Haven't heard from them since.

After researching this, I should count myself lucky to have not heard from them since. Many of their other victims are badgered to buy these credit improvement services for hundreds to thousands of dollars continually, after declining the offer numerous times.

I have seen no reports in my searches of someone who was connected to an SBA lender through them.

I've further found an SBA loan through my independent search, which is interesting, because it proves that my credit indeed was worthy of a loan. If they were honestly loan brokers who collect a fee for successfully closing loans, they would have been all over trying to find me a loan.

This proves that they DO NOT makes their money by closing deals and financing. They make their money off of advanced fees and overpriced lawyers who are, I would imagine, equally scamming and ineffective at delivering results.
