I HATE these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! chuck bagget, jody evey single person listed on their website LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i paid them $3200 to remove inquiries off my credit report which NEVER happened!

This is in response to the above report as well as the other two reports indicating SBFC Group and RBSL Group.
First, RBSL and SBFC are two completely separate companies. It is disingenuous to allege wrongdoing by both companies if a problem exists with only one.
Additionally, RBSL and SBFC have thousands of satisfied customers for two reasons: 1. Each costumer is provided a superior service and customer support; and 2. if a customer is dissatisfied for SBFC or RBSL's failure to provide the service purchased, a refund is offered. Out of more than 60,000 customers only one person has claimed to have a problem serious enough to report on this website. All major retailers such as Wal-Mart or Target or any other place of business where products are sold have customers who complain. It's apparent that RBSL and SBFC go out of their way to ensure satisfied customers by the low amount of complaints made against them.
It is pretty telling that the only three reports made on Rip Off Report against RBSL and SBFC were made the same day within a half hour of each other. Furthermore, the person(s) reporting list names and locations that do not match up with any client of SBFC or RBSL. Neither SBFC nor RBSL has a client or has had a client by the name "Randy" from Louisville, Kentucky; "Frank F" from Dublin, Ohio; or "Bonein" from Chat(t)anooga, Tennessee.
Both RBSL and SBFC are companies that pride themselves on a high quality product and superb customer service. Just as any business owner knows, it is impossible to please everyone and sometimes dissatisfied customers become completely unreasonable. It is clear that the person who has made these reports is such a customer. There is no description of what services were purchased or any real indication of why they are dissatisfied other than "SBFC RBSL LIED." They have only painted a clear picture of the kind of person they are with their personal attacks on individual employees and use of profanity. Without further information from the person making these reports, neither SBFC nor RBSL is able to respond with complete accuracy.
It is unfortunate the Rip Off Report does not require complete disclosure. It is highly likely that if it did, only legitimate and serious complaints would be made instead of the kind made here against SBFC and RBSL.
